This CNC gantry grinder features a full worktable flatness accuracy of 0.005mm. Driven by a powerful hydraulic unit, the feed speed can reach 20M/min. The worktable is equipped with a magnet plate and an oil cooler to balance hydraulic oil temperatures. Includes a large automatic coolant unit and gear-type grinding wheel. The system supports a user-friendly one-time setting operation for loading workpieces.
The CNC system allows for a one-time setting with automatic guides for workpiece loading. It features automatic measurement and an automated process transition from rough grinding to finished grinding. This significantly reduces operator labor, increases productivity, and maintains exceptionally high accuracy for dimensions and flatness.
