Product Description

🔷 This machine is a two axis (X-axis, Z-axis) CNC Internal Grinder, mainly used to grind inner holes, step holes, inner end faces, and outer end faces. The grinding cycle is completed automatically including feed, withdrawal, rough grinding, and fine grinding.

🔷 Features automatic dressing of the grinding wheel and automatic compensation. The worktable moves left and right while the grinding wheel frame performs back and forth feeding movements driven by servo motors through ball screws.

🔷 Spindle rotation speeds are controlled by frequency converters for stepless speed regulation.

🔷 Adopts a front movable operation box and an independent electrical cabinet. Protective covers are available in semi-closed or fully-closed styles.
