Product Overview

The machine is designed for precision drilling and boring of cold-drawn and hot-rolled steel pipes, as well as non-magnetic materials. It can also perform drilling and trepanning on round steel bars. Specialized tools improve the dimensional accuracy and surface quality of inner holes. Suitable for ordinary carbon steels, high-quality carbon steels, and low alloy steels (20, 45, 16Mn, 25Mn, 27SiMn).

Three Basic Machining Methods

1. Workpiece Rotation (Drill Head Brake)

The headstock drives the workpiece to rotate, while the boring bar feeds. Primarily used for precision machining on hot-rolled steel pipes using combination heads and hydraulic fine boring tools.

2. Tool Rotation (Headstock Brake)

The workpiece remains stationary while the boring bar rotates. This setup corrects drilling deviations and is ideal for machining drill collars and petroleum components.

3. Dual Rotation

Both the workpiece and the boring bar rotate simultaneously. This method significantly improves the straightness and efficiency of the machined parts.
