

The machine is designed for precision drilling and boring of cold-drawn and hot-rolled steel pipes, as well as non-magnetic materials. It can also perform drilling and trepanning on round steel bars. The use of specialized tools improves the dimensional accuracy and surface quality of the inner holes of steel pipes.
Processed Materials: Ordinary carbon steels, high-quality carbon steels, and low alloy steels such as 20, 45, 16Mn, 25Mn, 27SiMn.

The headstock drives the workpiece to rotate, while the boring bar drives the combination head, drill bit, and German-style hydraulic fine boring and rolling tools to feed. Ideal for precision machining on hot-rolled steel pipes.
The headstock is braked to keep the workpiece stationary while the boring bar head drives the bar to rotate. Suitable for correcting drilling deviations in drill collars and petroleum components.
Both headstock and boring bar rotate simultaneously. This method significantly improves the straightness and efficiency of the machined parts.
