Product Overview
TGK2115 CNC Deep Hole Scraping and Polishing Machine Tool
The CNC deep hole scraping and polishing machine tool is an independently developed, highly efficient machine designed to replace traditional deep hole drilling and boring machines. This machine tool features substantial supply power, strong rigidity, and a wide processing margin. It is ideal for processing various mechanical hydraulic cylinder parts, cylindrical workpieces with through holes, and stepped holes.
Mainly used for boring and rolling, the machine utilizes a stationary workpiece and a rotating boring head. Chips are discharged through the boring rod or the headstock. By employing efficient scraping and boring technology, the production efficiency is significantly improved—reaching 5-6 times that of traditional processes such as rough boring, fine boring, and honing.
