The bed adopts Gray iron (HT300), 30° monoblock castings, featuring high load, wear resistance, and high rigidity for heavy turning.
High-accuracy spindle structure with high-rigid double-row cylindrical roller bearings ensures excellent machining accuracy. Power: 11/15kW (Optional 15/18kW).
Imported precision ball screws with pre-tightening dual nuts. The high rigid Y-axis with 4 guides allows for drilling, milling, and tapping at end or side faces in a single setup.
Indexing by servo motor, positioning by crankset and hydraulic clamping. Milling spindle driven by servo motor for combined turning and milling operations.
