By improving the assembly precision of the headstock and spindle box, the machine effectively reduces operational noise. It features a cast upper wing for coolant collection and reflux, semi-enclosed sheet metal protection, and a rack-and-pinion driven oil feeder. The machining process involves workpiece rotation combined with tool rotation and feed. For workpiece clamping, the headstock end utilizes a chuck, while the oil feeder end employs a cone disc clamping mechanism.
