The Technical Roadmap for Swiss Type Turning Machines involves the integration of multi-axis (7 to 13 axes) capabilities, allowing for simultaneous machining on both main and back spindles. For Armenian engineers, this means completing complex parts in a single setup, drastically reducing lead times.
Looking toward 2030, DSCUT CNC is pioneering the integration of Digital Twin technology. This allows our Armenia partners to simulate machining processes in a virtual environment before a single chip is cut, eliminating the risk of tool collisions and optimizing cycle times. Furthermore, our machines now feature IoT sensors that monitor thermal expansion in real-time, adjusting offsets automatically to maintain precision across 24-hour production shifts.
We are also focusing on Hybrid Machining, combining traditional turning with laser cutting or ultrasonic vibration-assisted machining. This is particularly relevant for Armenia's burgeoning medical implant industry, where biocompatible materials like Titanium and PEEK require specialized handling to maintain surface integrity.
