The fixed beam and column CNC gantry boring and milling machine inherits the advantages of traditional gantry machine tools such as strong rigidity, symmetrical structure, and strong stability. It adopts innovative design concepts and all products utilize three-dimensional design software. The main structure of the machine tool is uniform using finite element analysis.
By optimizing the reinforcement structure and distributing the mass reasonably, the whole machine supports heavy loads with strong rigidity and excellent dynamic characteristics. This meets the requirements for high-power and high-precision cutting, making it ideal for processing super-large and ultra-heavy parts.
The bed, sliding seat, and worktable are all made of high-strength stress-free cast iron HT300, molded with resin sand. Through a two-time aging heat treatment process, the residual stresses formed during casting and machining are eliminated, significantly enhancing stability and fatigue resistance.
Guide Rail and ballscrew adopt Top Brands to ensure reciprocating motion accuracy. Features multiple heavy load capacity guide sliding blocks.
