Grinding & Regulating Wheel The wide grinding wheel increases the grinding allowance in a single pass, significantly raising efficiency. The spindles adopt five-plate short bearing bushed static-hydrodynamical oil film bearings for superior rigidity, supporting both heavy loading and precise grinding.
Advanced Electrical System Equipped with a plastic-coated guideway and Mitsubishi servo motors driving high-precision ball screws. Minimum feed is 0.001mm. AC frequency converters control regulating wheel speed.
Cooling & Design The system includes a magnetic coolant separator for debris management. The machine body is made of high-rigidity iron casting with natural aging for long-term stability.
