WGM150×750 CNC worm grinder is a leading variety developed for high-precision grinding of cylindrical worms.

Adopts ball linear guide-rail for high rigidity, good wear resistance, and high positioning accuracy.
Headstock spindle C-axis uses a servo motor directly connected to a high-precision anti-backlash worm gear pair.
Equipped with high-power electric spindle for stepless speed change and wide-speed regulation.
CNC rotary table driven by servo motor to ensure precise grinding angle adjustment.
Diamond roller dressing wheel assembly for efficient grinding wheel maintenance.
Centralized intermittent lubrication pump ensures timely lubrication of all guide-rails.
Magnetic separator system for enhanced cooling and lubrication during processing.
