1. Machine Body
Casting, natural aging and artificial heat treatment for reasonable deformation and better durability.
2. GW and RW (Regulating Wheel)
- GW is 600mm in diameter, 200-250mm wheel width for larger grinding amount and higher efficiency.
- RW fixed on the machine bed, adopted double supported structure, with better reliability and stability.
- Five pieces bush-bearings for each side on the GW spindle, better rigidity for fine heavy grinding.
3. Feeding System
- SCHNEEBERGER brand high rigidity linear guide-rail for motion sensitivity, easy micron feed, and vibration resistance.
- Servo motor drives ball-screw through shaft coupling, min. feeding amount 0.001mm.
4. Dressing for GW and RW
GW and RW dressing: Servo motors drive ball-screws for GW dresser feeding and reciprocating.
5. Electric & Control
- Converter for RW motor, step-less speed adjusting.
- Operation panel with dials and touch screen for grinding, dressing, feeding, etc.
- Mitsubishi PLC control system (Siemens optional).
6. Other Optional Configurations
- Semi-cover or Full-cover with electromagnetic lock for protection.
