Product Description

During product processing and over cutting and hot cutting, the steam barrier is formed and the chip liquid is unevenly distributed, so that the tool tip cannot obtain the required cooling. In the case of insufficient cooling of the cutting tool, the iron chips will return to the cutting point. Repeated processing of chips will shorten the tool life and damage the surface finish of the workpiece.

Our high-pressure Through-spindle coolant filtration system delivers centralized aiming chip liquid that penetrates the steam barrier, reducing high temperatures generated during cutting, significantly improving tool life, lubrication, and workpiece accuracy.
