The SKL is a robust, direct-screw fastening system designed for concrete sleepers. It's simple, dependable, and safe, having been validated as a reliable solution for ballasted tracks across numerous countries.
The rail seat assembly consists of two tension clamps (SKL clips) situated on top of angled guide plates. These guide plates fit into recesses on the concrete surface, securing the rail horizontally and transmitting lateral loads to the sleeper. A pad under the rail provides cushioning for impact absorption and electrical insulation.
