1.2 GW and RW (Regulating Wheel):
GW 600mm in diameter and 600mm width allows for larger grinding amounts and significantly higher efficiency. Both GW and RW feature a movable, double-supported structure for enhanced reliability and stability during heavy-duty operations.
1.3 Feeding System:
Equipped with high-precision linear guide-rails for motion sensitivity and easy micron feeding. The servo motor drives the ball-screw through a shaft coupling, achieving a minimum feeding amount of 0.001mm.
1.4 Dressing for GW and RW:
The GW dresser utilizes servo motors to drive ball-screws for feeding and reciprocating. The RW dresser employs hydraulic transmission for reciprocating with step-less speed adjustment and manual dial feeding.
1.6 Electrical Control:
Features a Mitsubishi PLC control system (Siemens optional) with a user-friendly touch screen for managing grinding, dressing, and feeding adjustments. Includes a converter for RW motor step-less speed control.
