The TCK600 series is a medium to large horizontal turning center with a maximum machining length of 1.5 meters. It is designed for machining large pipes and shafts for a wide range of applications in the oil and gas, aerospace and construction machinery industries.
The 45° inclined bed structure and the full-axis 45 mm roller guideway ensure high rigidity and stability during heavy operations.
The turret is driven by a high-efficiency servo motor, suitable for heavy-duty cutting, effectively shortening non-cutting time and improving machining efficiency.
The spindle housing is made of high-density cast iron with outer reinforcement. Double-row roller bearings ensure high steel and high efficiency in transmitting power.
