What inspection equipment do we have?
We utilize advanced tools including 2D Projectors, Height Gages, Calipers, Thickness Machines, Hardness Testers, and Micro-calipers to ensure precision.
What are your terms of payment?
Usually, we accept T/T and irrevocable L/C at sight. For regular orders, we prefer 30% in advance and 70% against the B/L. More favorable terms are available for long-term business partners.
What is the standard lead time?
It usually takes 15 to 35 days after sample confirmation and advance payment. For non-standard items requiring new tooling/moulds, please allow an additional 10-15 days.
Can you produce according to samples or drawings?
Yes, we can produce exactly based on your samples or technical drawings. We also have the capability to build the necessary molds and fixtures in-house.
How do we confirm quality before production?
We follow AQL2.5/4.0 standards or can perform 100% full inspection. Detailed QC reports are provided to the customer upon request.
