Generally, we pack our goods in single wooden boxes. If you have special requests, we can customize the packaging to meet your requirements.
2 What are your terms of payment?
Our standard terms are T/T 30% as a deposit and 70% before delivery. We provide photos of products and packages before final payment.
3 How about your delivery time?
Typically, it takes 25 to 30 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific time depends on the items and order quantity.
4 Can you produce according to samples?
Yes, we can produce based on your physical samples or technical drawings. We are also capable of building molds and fixtures.
5 Do you test all your goods before delivery?
Yes, we implement a strict 100% testing and inspection protocol for all goods before they are shipped to ensure quality.
6 What is your sample policy?
We can supply samples if parts are in stock; however, customers are responsible for the sample and courier costs. We welcome sample orders.
