Do you offer any design services for machined parts?
We do have design capabilities but the customer must approve and assume responsibility for the final design. Please submit a fully defined product including all necessary prints, CAD models, and specifications.
Do you provide samples? What is the cost and lead time?
Yes, we provide samples for evaluation. Costs vary by complexity and may be refundable upon production orders. Sample lead time is usually 1-2 weeks. Shipping costs are borne by the customer.
What manufacturing equipment do you have in your facility?
Our facility includes 26 CNC Machining Centers, 18 CNC Turning Machines (Lathes), and 8 Automatic Lathes, allowing us to handle a diverse range of precision parts.
What are your typical production lead times?
