⚙️
Air duct hanging bottle conveying is widely used in empty bottle conveyor of beverage industry. It offers fast conveying speed, high efficiency, and less damage to the bottle body, meeting the production needs of high-speed filling machines. The card bottle strip uses imported ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene material (9.2 million molecular weight), processed by large CNC machining centers for small friction resistance and high wear-resisting strength.
Low Density ρ≈0.935-0.98. The lowest density of all engineering plastics, 56% lighter than PTFE and 1/8 of steel.
Low Temperature Resistance Ductile in liquid nitrogen (-196ºC) and resistant down to -269ºC.
Weather Resistance Anti-aging and chemically stable for long-term outdoor or industrial use.
Impact Resistance Extremely high impact strength, twice that of polycarbonate and five times that of ABS.
Chemical Stability Resistant to a wide variety of corrosive media and organic media within certain temperature ranges.
Water Absorption Extremely low absorption rate < 0.01.
Technical Capability

Specializing in the production of ultra-high molecular polyethylene boards, rods, extruded wear-resistant strips, guardrails, chain guide rails, screws, magnetic bending rails, and bottle hanging bars. Utilizing German imported raw materials, the facility operates multiple advanced production lines including progressive die lines and CNC machining centers. Products feature high wear resistance, self-lubricating properties, and high impact resistance.

Frequently Asked Questions
What material is used for the air duct bottle strips?
The strips are made from imported ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) with a molecular weight of 9.2 million, ensuring superior wear resistance.
How does the material perform in extreme cold?
The material is exceptionally low-temperature resistant, remaining ductile even in liquid nitrogen at -196ºC.
Is the conveying system suitable for high-speed production?
Yes, the air duct system is designed for fast conveying speeds and high efficiency, specifically to meet the needs of high-speed beverage filling machines.
What are the weight advantages of this material?
With a density of approximately 0.935-0.98g/cm³, it is the lightest engineering plastic available—about 1/8 the weight of steel and significantly lighter than PTFE.
How is the precision of the parts ensured?
Parts are finished using large-scale CNC machining centers and advanced progressive die production lines to ensure exact specifications and high performance.
Does the material absorb water?
No, the material has an extremely low water absorption rate (less than 0.01), which maintains its dimensional stability in humid environments.
